Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for violations of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario.
Nexus Finance provides bundled financial advisory and capital placement services, which may include funding strategy, underwriting preparation, lender coordination, renewal planning, tax consultation, cash flow analysis, P&L preparation or review, GST/HST optimization resources, and accounting suitability assessment.
Client agrees to pay a professional fee of up to ten percent (10%) of the total funding amount obtained in consideration of these services.
Certain funding providers may limit the portion of fees that may be designated as transaction-related placement compensation. Where applicable, Nexus Finance may allocate compensation between placement services and separate advisory or consulting services provided directly to Client.
All fees are disclosed to and agreed upon by Client prior to funding.
